Team Support, Client Relations (SalesForce)

Our Client the African Export-Import Bank AFREXIMBANK is looking to recruit a Team Support, Client Relations (CRM System team) in Cairo, Egypt.

The role is intended to strengthen the ability of CLRE Departments to share and consume valuable data within a managed framework to open many opportunities to identify and deliver new services to stakeholders and to establish a working culture that leads to continuous improvement in the way the Bank operates. Well-managed data assets provide insights to decision-makers helping them make informed and intelligent decisions based on the internal and external data available. 

Objective of the role:

The position holder will be required to act as Salesforce/CRM System data Champion to support various teams while Work with INTE and external developers of Salesforce. To provide the necessary support for all staff members in the upload and verification of the data and documents in Salesforce to help in the update of the system to implement the new feature related to the new Compliance Data Repository (CDR).

Responsibilities

•To provide the necessary support for all staff members in the upload of the data and documents in Salesforce

•A complete review and classification for all documents uploaded on salesforce on each account and classifying them as per their correct identity.

•To focus on the review of the KYC documents, which are currently uploaded on the salesforce account, and ensure that they are organized in a way that the system can identify what type of document it is ( i.e. certificate of incorporation, financials, Passport Copies.. etc)

•To help in the ongoing “Data Governance and Enterprise Data Management Implementation Plan”.

•To help enforce enterprise-wide data standards within Salesforce, for easy reporting and data security management to enable the Bank to easily integrate, synchronize and consolidate data from different departments and systems.

•To help in the update of the system to implement the new feature related to the new Compliance Data Repository (CDR).

•Support various teams in good usage and ownership as well as a continuous update on the system.

•Work with INTE and external developers of Salesforce to ensure all Business requirements are addressed.

•Provide necessary training and support for all staff members on how to upload data and documents into the system.

•Establish necessary reports on Salesforce for all internal stakeholders to provide them with a regular update about the quality of data uploaded in the system and make necessary corrections.

•To work with external parties if needed to ensure the customization of complex reports which cannot be done internally.

•Assist in utilization of supporting business tools and relevant Software for efficiency and record-keeping (E.g. Pricing Model, Salesforce, Customer Online Application, etc.)

•Work with other team members across the Bank to and assist in the timely processing of transactions on Salesforce;

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Attitude

•Post Graduate degree and bachelor’s degree in business informatics or other relevant (IT/Business) field from a recognized University

•2 years working experience in a similar role

•Demonstrable proficiency in English and French

•Previous experience in managing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms as administrator.

•Good research and analytical skills with an ability to produce high standard reports

•Professional Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

•Ability to communicate and function in a culturally diverse and change oriented setting

•High level of integrity and confidentiality

Contract type – 6 months contract (renewable)
